Our staff are innovators, artists, writers, photographers, film crew & many other things. But most importantly, we're mostly women. We asked them what brought them here.

"I have qualifications in Film & TV Production & Multimedia. Included in that was fine arts study at the Art Institute of Chicago. Although primarily a screenwriter, I am also a queer filmmaker whose work explores sexuality, gender, and feminist politics. My work has screened both nationally and internationally. I have been with Feck for almost a year and I am one of the video content creators. I contribute to all stages but predominately work in production. This allows me to practice my craft whilst making content that celebrates female sexuality. It doesn't get much better than that!" - A.M.

"I came here with little more than a fine art degree and head full of crazy ideas. I'd worked everywhere from a French hotel to a tattoo shop, from an iron foundry to a Swedish furniture store and still hadn't found a place to call home. I feel like part of the family now and am really happy contributing to something I believe in. So far there's been no welding, but these days in amongst the office stuff and the phone that never stops ringing, I'm reading, writing and listening to erotic stories and doing my bit to make the world a happier place. Keep an eye out for people smiling with headphones on; you never know what they might be listening to." - J.P.

"I originally started as a contributor for I Shot Myself. When I returned my camera I asked for a job, because I thought it would be a cool place to work. And it is! I am a production and general assistant, I run around a lot - buying things, finding locations - and I also set up cameras and film interviews for Beautiful Agony. I love the women I work with, smart, sassy and funny, each and all in their own way. I never know what my day will entail, and I like that immensely. I especially love the variety of great women that walk through our door, and the way they choose to represent themselves. It has expanded my ideas of female sexual expression and I am amazed at how beautiful each person truly is." - K.S.
