 SINCE day 1 back in 2003, Feck has been an innovator and a leader in the production of ethical erotic websites. Our aim has been to make participation rewarding on every level, from shooting to payment to publication and beyond. In 2008 we introduced Feckshare, a totally unique system which rewards the contributors who make the most effort - and have the most exposure - as a bonus on top of the contribution fee. Feckshare is a revenue splitting system, where a percentage of site revenue is distributed amongst the contributors on a per-click basis.
Every Feck contributor is paid in full for their folio (photoshoot or video) as soon as it's completed. Feckshare is a bonus, and those who contribute better folios more often, will get the most out of it.
 Built into Feckshare is a rewards system where every contributor can earn extra money for referring other contributors, and customers, to our sites. If you're active in online communities or run blogs you can benefit quickly and easily by giving coded links to our sites - but you don't even need to be online. Give anyone your unique Referral Code - which gets them a discount - and if they join a site, you earn.
 Feckshare is calculated monthly, and every contributor receives a password to log into the Feck website to view their statistics. You will see a list of your folios that are currently showing on our sites, how many times they've been viewed, and how much Feckshare money you've accumulated. You'll also see details of referrals of members and contributors. Every 6 months you can withdraw your Feckshare using the Paypal system.
We developed Feckshare primarily as a way to reward the contributors who do the most for our web sites, and to encourage you to stay in touch and keep contributing to our sites in the future.
Feckshare is not a contractual right - it's a discretionary bonus offered by the site publisher, in addition to your shoot fees, and varies depending on the performance of the sites, the popularity of your folios, and the number of folios on the sites.
How do I track my Feckshare?
 Login here and enter your username and password to access your Feckshare statistics. You can see exactly how many views each of your folios has had on each site, how much you've earned, and details of all member and contributor referral bonuses. You can even see graphs of how your folio views are changing with time.

Why does my Feckshare vary each month?
Talking here just about the revenue share part, there
are three things which affect your Feckshare earnings: the number of views of your folio, the number of views of the other folios on the site (total site views), and the amount of subscription fees we've received in that month. If your folio receives a lot of attention in a month when the overall site activity is low, your share is maximised. If the site is receiving a lot of visitors but not many are viewing your folio, others will accumulate more than you. This is why it's called a Share and it's the fairest system possible.
Why does Feckshare vary between sites?
The sites which have the most members, and the least amount of folios, will pay out the most Feckshare. If you're one of the first contributors to a new Feck website you'll get more Feckshare at first, and as more folios are added, the cents-per-view rate will get lower. But as the site grows in popularity, you'll get more views and so more Feckshare. The more folios you have on each site, the greater your share of the revenue.
How can I increase my Feckshare?
Make Good Folios
That's the first and most obvious way of getting the most out of Feckshare. Whatever site you're contributing to, do the best you can to meet the core values of the site. Make it beautiful, make it real, and make it from your heart. It's not about what you look like, it's about how you express yourself. The hottest lady in the world won't do well out of Feckshare if she submits a dull folio. Likewise, some of our most popular contributors look nothing like the classic image of an erotic model, and that's because our web sites are built on the principle of subverting the dominant paradigm. We have a discerning audience, and they come to our sites to see what's inside your head as much as what's under your clothes, and they aren't here to see the kind of cliches that mainstream porn is full of. So think 'outside the box'. Originality and an obvious personal connection are the most important factors for creating a good folio.

 Make More Folios
Each time we release a new Folio of yours, your back-catalogue will get more attention, and that adds to your Feckshare. If we cross-promote between sites, appearing on a new site will create interest in your contributions to the other sites. The people who make the most Feckshare are those who appear on all our sites and keep contributing (providing we can accept your folios).
Participate
Most of our sites have active Forums and some have other places where you can leave comments on other folios (or your own). The site members love to read the thoughts of the contributors, so people who participate in the discussions always receive more folio views. But you have to make an effort. Comments like "hi guys do u like my pics" won't get you any views and to be honest, doesn't do our site much good either. Interaction of a meaningful nature is what stimulates interest in you and your folios. Read the Forums, see what people are talking about and join in. As a contributor you are automatically enrolled in the discussion forums.
Promote Us
Unless you request otherwise, we might use some excerpts from some folios for promotion of our sites elsewhere on the internet. If we use any of your images, your folios will get more views and that will translate into more Feckshare. Also if we use any part of your folio for on-site promotion, such as the weekly previews or Free Tours, you'll get a lot more Feckshare. We choose the best, most interesting images for that, so it comes back to making a good folio.
Promote Yourself
If you thrive on attention, Feckshare was made just for you. Plug away, post links to our sites on Facebook, Myspace, LJ, Flickr - anywhere you want, so long as it's ok with them - or just hand out your Referral Code. As a Feck insider, you're offering potential newbies an automatic 10% discount, and earning yourself 40% of their subscription fees. Referring one member will earn you much more Feckshare than a single click on your folio, so it's the quickest way to boost your account balance - and there is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
Refer a Friend
For each friend you refer who completes a contribution to our sites, we'll deposit $50 Feckshare into your account for each pay site they're published on.
FECKSHARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your eligibility to Feckshare is covered below. Please read it and ask us any questions.
1. Feckshare is a loyalty scheme through which Feck Pty Ltd distributes discretionary bonus payments to Contributors who are published on Feck websites.
2. Feckshare does not form part of the contract between Contributors and Feck under which Feck publishes the Contributors folios and pays them an agreed sum as stated on the Release.
3. To be eligible to receive Feckshare payments, the Contributor must:
- Register with the Feckshare system online.*
- Ensure their contact information on Feckshare is current.
- Have at least one folio in current publication on a Feck website.
- Have fulfilled all their responsibilities under all Release contracts for all folios, including the completion of folios, submission of conforming paperwork, signing of documents, and return of any and all Feck equipment.
4. Feck may at its discretion withdraw Feckshare priviledges at any time.
5. Feck may suspend or cancel participation in Feckshare by any contributor who acts in a way which discredits Feck, its sites, employees, or contributors.
6. Feckshare payments will be in a form which is practical for Feck to distribute and may be in the form of virtual funds. Feck may change the form of payment at any time.
7. The Contributor pays all redemption expenses including currency exchange, commissions and third party fees which may be incurred in the transfer of funds from Feck to the Contributor.
8. Feck may set a minimum amount that the Contributor may withdraw from Feckshare and the frequency at which withdrawals may be made.
9. Funds unclaimed by the Contributor after 12 months may be forfeited to Feck.
10. The Contributor is responsible for the receipt of communications from Feck. They should ensure their current contact info is registered, that mail passes through any spam filters or junk mail traps, and will not hold Feck responsible for any communication not received.
11. Feck reserves the right to vary at any time the formula under which Feckshare payments are calculated.
12. Referrals for new contributors are paid once that contributor has successfully completed a folio and had it accepted by Feck.
13. The contributor is responsible for ensuring that referred contributors nominate their referrer before they complete their Feck projects. Referral bonuses can't be claimed once the referred contributor has completed a project and been paid.
14. Contributors are responsible for the tax liability, if any, attached to the Feckshare payouts.
*You are automatically enrolled in Feckshare when you submit your first folio and earnings start when it's published. Please go to the Payments page of your Feckshare account and check your state is set to 'earning', and notify us by email here if it's not. Please do this immediately because we can't credit you later on for activity that occurred while your account was switched off. |
